The 2007 Audi A6 adds a number of new equipment including a standard trip computer/Driver Information Center and digital speed indicator, cupholder, flexmetallic trim surrounding the instrument cluster, satellite radio antenna, overhead center console, a CD changer with MP3 playback capability, and the 3.2 CVT gets new 16-inch 6-spoke wheels. Under the hood is a new 4.2 engine equipped with FSI direct injection technology that increases output to 350 horsepower. Option upgrades include a power tilt and telescoping steering wheel added to Convenience Package on 3.2 models, rearview camera added to Technology Package, headlight washers added to Cold Weather Package and 4-spoke multi-function steering wheel with shift paddles added to S line Package. Available options include a 19-inch 20-spoke 2-piece BBS-style wheels with S line Package, leather dashboard from quattro GmbH available as a stand-alone option, a solar sunroof in the 4.2, and four new exterior colors and one new interior color.
